Mylor is the Capital of Torana, and is located on the southern plateau. The local housing authority maintains records for all of Torana, and Velen Moro, the High Magistrate lives on the western side of the town. The Housing Authority is located in the center of the commercial district, and is where all citizens of Torana go to acquire property and building permits.
